Step by step transfer item to other character
1. put all item you want transfer on inventory general and cash (item in equip not include)
2. create new character want transfer, and empty inventory
3. send ID (username) include IGN old and new IGN (just send to CS via LIVE CHAT on the website)

Can transfer :
– Only Inventory General 10 slot
– Only inventory cash all slot

Can Convert :
– 1x Weapon (General+Cash)
– 1x Secondary Weapon (General+Cash)
– Lunar jade convert like new class ( random stat – does not include enhancement)
– BMJ DDJ VDJ can convert
– ADJ

Unable to Transfer/Convert :
– Item is being used (equipped)
– Vibrant / Mutant Jade

Free Convert
– Weapon, Secondary to other class
– Jade skill, DDJ, BMJ, VDJ, ADJ
– Lunar Jade (Random stat effect)
– Rune like new job skill
– Tail decal skill

Free 1 mount request same old char

Estimation process if normal 30 minutes ~ 2 hour
This depends on several conditions, the number of items and the items that need to be converted. If both characters are well prepared it will be faster
